The agreement between you and NYUS.

By downloading or using NYUS ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. The service

NYUS provides AI-assisted fitness, nutrition and recovery guidance. It is offered free of charge. We may add, change or remove features over time.

2. Not medical advice

NYUS is for general fitness and educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new exercise or nutrition program, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant, or take medication. You use the app at your own risk.

3. Your account

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account secure. You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use NYUS.

4. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the app: no reverse-engineering, scraping, automated abuse, attempts to disrupt the service, or use that violates any law. We may suspend accounts that do.

5. Intellectual property

NYUS, its content, design and software are owned by NYUS Inc. The plans and logs you create are yours; you grant us the limited licence needed to operate the service for you.

6. Pricing

NYUS is currently free with no ads. If paid features are introduced, they'll be clearly disclosed before any charge, and existing free functionality will be communicated.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NYUS Inc. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including injury resulting from exercise or dietary choices. The service is provided "as is".

8. Privacy

Your use of NYUS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, in-app notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction.
