Refund Policy
NYUS is free. Here's how refunds work if that ever changes.

In short: The NYUS app is currently free, with no ads and nothing to buy. If paid features are ever introduced, the policy below applies — and store purchases are always also covered by Google Play's own refund process.
1. The app is free today
NYUS is free on Google Play. There are no subscriptions or in-app purchases to refund at this time. If that changes, any paid feature will be clearly disclosed before you're charged.
2. If you buy a paid feature
Should NYUS offer paid features in future, you may request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase, provided it's your first refund request and you haven't violated our Terms.
3. Google Play purchases
Purchases made through Google Play are also governed by Google's refund policy. You can request a refund or manage a subscription anytime from your Google Play subscriptions page. (An iOS version is coming soon; App Store purchases will be handled by Apple's policy.)
4. How to request a refund from us
- Email support@nyus.in with your account email and purchase details
- Put "Refund Request" in the subject line
- We'll respond within 5–7 business days
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your current billing period; no further charges are made. Partial-period refunds aren't issued unless required by law.
