NYUS offers a 30-day free trial. Here's how refunds work if you subscribe.

In short: NYUS starts with a 30-day free trial. If you continue on a paid plan (₹499/month), the policy below applies — and store purchases are always also covered by Google Play's own refund process.
1. Free trial, then a paid plan
NYUS starts with a 30-day free trial on Google Play. After the trial, continuing on NYUS requires a paid subscription (₹499/month, with higher tiers available). Pricing is clearly disclosed before you're charged.
2. Refunds on paid plans
You may request a refund within 7 days of your first purchase, provided it's your first refund request and you haven't violated our Terms.
3. Google Play purchases
Purchases made through Google Play are also governed by Google's refund policy. You can request a refund or manage a subscription anytime from your Google Play subscriptions page. (An iOS version is coming soon; App Store purchases will be handled by Apple's policy.)
4. How to request a refund from us
- Email support@nyus.in with your account email and purchase details
- Put "Refund Request" in the subject line
- We'll respond within 5–7 business days
5. Cancellation
You can cancel anytime. You keep access until the end of your current billing period; no further charges are made. Partial-period refunds aren't issued unless required by law.
